If you work in AK, AL, DE, GA, MD, MI, NY, OR, SC, TN, VA, or WA, you can take this course for supplemental training however the course is not approved by the state Stormwater Governing Body.

The 16-hour Qualified Compliance Inspector of Stormwater (QCIS) Online - Enhanced certificate program trains participants how to inspect and maintain a construction site in compliance with the EPA and State General Permit programs. It covers the principles and practices of erosion and sediment control, pollution prevention, as well as the proper reporting and documentation requirements. It is comprised of five (5) modules and corresponding exams.

After successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate, wallet card, hardhat decal, and the QCIS Logo for marketing uses.
QCIS recertification is required every 2 years.
