I personally feel Chris is an excellent instructor I really enjoyed learning llCRC Water Damage Restoration Technician through his class. I’m new to the industry and he simplified complex course for me to understand and was very thorough when explaining the modules.

I highly recommend this class. It provides lots of information about water restoration, the various techniques and how it applies to the various building materials. As an adjuster it is a solid reminder of how important it is to document and know you building materials.

I have some experience in this line of work. So you can say I know a thing or two. With that being said, someone recommended I take this course on the condition it was backed by IICRC. Came across this one including a few others online, what distinguished this one was how soon it was scheduled to start. So glad I came across Chris. Gave me some much insight on material and this line of work. The way he demonstrates and teaches the material makes it comprehensive. If you feel stuck somewhere, don't hesitate to let him know. He will go more in depth or different approach/analogy until we're on the same page. Despite the training being online, Chris also has an array of tools that either you've used or will eventually come across in this line work. Definitely recommended Chris if you're considering to be WRT certified!!!

Hands down Chris is the best instructor I have ever had. The privilege of learning from in my 13 years of doing restoration work. He is the most personable, knowledgeable, humble, funny and inviting instructor in my opinion from his powerpoints to the videos, he shows. To his own personal experiences in the field that he'll share to listening to the students is unbelievable. The amount he cares not only for water restoration, but for all current and new technicians coming into the field is unmeasurable. I truly hope i get the privilege of having him as my instructor in future courses.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course with Chris. He is professional, clear and detailed in his instruction. His materials were thorough. Chris encouraged participation and responded to every question and comment from the students. Chris is clearly an expert in this field and is well versed in the IICRC code. I highly recommend taking his course to anyone and when I'm ready for my next IICRC Course, I will most likely seek Chris out as the instructor for that course.

Chris was a fantastic instructor, the only "issue" I would say is lack of time for the course. Not his fault by any means, the course should be 4 full days instead of 3. He answered our questions promptly, was very helpful when it came to explaining and clarifying. His real-world examples were useful in how to think about the jobs we'll get going into the field. I would recommend him for anyone taking the course, and any other courses he may teach.

My colleague recommended Chris as an instructor for the IICRC WRT course, and I’m glad I took their advice. My instructor was Chris. he was very very knowledgeable, and informative. he broke things down in multiple ways which allowed for everyone to understand what he was explaining. He kept things fresh with his sense of humor and an occasional funny video to brings moods up. If I could request him for my next certification I will!
