I take the asbestos aware of this course. I learned a lot about asbestos what was asbestos coming how it look how to handle it know how long it stays in the air just damage. It can do just a lot about it and I’m glad I learned about it because growing up in the 70s, let me know that I was around a lot of asbestos coming up.

Course was well run. I found the test material was covered extremely well and we touch on several different areas the test did not cover. I've been a few times, and can honestly say the smaller classroom was a breath of fresh air. Sometimes to many questions take away from what we need to learn and small classes keep questioning down.

This was one of the most informational and interesting course I have taken. Not only is the credit given to the learning material but Tom instructed in such a fashion that made the material more fun, interesting, and got it to stick. Tom was able to connect with the entire class and made sure no one left confused or with any questions. Normally I dread taking my refreshers for my licenses but this is one I will look forward to.

I enjoyed the the course and learned quite a bit, enough to pass the exam. I am pretty sure that I was the least experienced person in the small (5 person) class, where some appeared to be there because they had let the expiration date for their licenses go by, but they obviously knew their business. The slides that were put up had a lot of good detail, but by and large, the detail on the slides was not discussed in depth, but instead we were left to read the data, and listen to Todd chatter on about the topic sometimes discussing asbestos removal (not in the curriculum), and sometimes giving anecdotes. This info was interesting, but for what was billed as an initial lead renovator certification course, needed more time devoted to it. I understood that he was trying to balance the needs of the obviously experienced members of the class and the others like me who needed more attention and he was trying to keep it interesting. I also came at it from a Vermont and not a Massachusetts focus having just taken the VT ILC course the week before. I had been told that I could take this course and use it to get my certification and license in VT in order to work on my VT rental property. By and large Todd did a good job of outlining the differences between MA, VT and HUD requirements. I did learn a lot from the hands-on part of the class and look forward to reading through the printed material that he gave out during the class. It was quite thorough. All in all, it was a good class that did lead to a successful outcome. Thank you for a day well spent.
