Course had a lot of information packed into it for the two 8 hour days. The instructor was very informed and was able to answer questions that would tie together parts of the curriculum making things click better. Given the amount of information it might be best to stretch the curriculum over three shorter days just because of how the human mind retains information.

Ann is a Fantastic instructor. The course felt more like a discussion than a lecture. I doubt that you will find many instructors with her wealth of knowledge and experience. Graham is Awesome as well. I strongly recommend taking this course if you're serious about getting into the carpet cleaning industry.
