The trading course for LEAD abatement was very interesting. During the trading I learned how to protect the work areas, how to use the PPE and how to contain the lead debris before removing off site. James G.

Pretty good course. A lot of information covered in 8 hours. Instructor was experienced and able to explain items and processes verbally though we did not have a lot of actual hands on. Very good at explaining the key processes especially containment.
The test had a several tricky/poorly worded questions which the instructor was able to explain to make the questions clearer. Carlos G.

Bruce was very friendly, spoke clearly and quickly. I didnt think that I had any trouble understanding him or the things he was teaching until I saw the questions on the test in front of me. I thought by Bruce repeating several import technics or policies that they would be phrased the same way on the test. That was not the case all of the questions were phrased in a completely different manner than how Bruce taught them. One specific question made you think that the answer should have been a yes or no answer yet thet way it was phrased on test it completely confused most of the class. I heard other people bringing it up, and complaining to the the teacher. Yensy R.
