Erik was a fantastic instructor. He was informative, enthusiastic, and allowed plenty of breaks for an 8-hour course all while staying on, or even ahead, of schedule. Unfortunately, this was the second time I had to take the Lead Sampling Tech Initial course due to some internal miscommunication with my company; however, this course with Erik was much more enjoyable than the first course I took elsewhere.

The class was well structured and culminated with the test!! 100 questions. The instructors were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The went over HUD guidelines and CAL OSHA guidelines. Looking forward to taking the state exam next, thank you CAL INC!

Instructor was informative about all areas of Federal title in which the RRP regulations are included. This was important as the specifics of RRP regulations are more numerous than what could be included in one course. The method chosen to evaluate the final testing was helpful as refresher courses are meant to help not penalize.

Overall a great training that covered a wide range of topics in just one week. Course gives you the tools needed to be successful in the field going forward by being able to cite laws and regulations. The hands on portion was exceptional. Kelly was a great instructor and was able to keep the whole class engaged throughout the week.

Knowledgeable experienced instructor. Friendly atmosphere with focus on being useful. Main thing I wish was different was I wish they offered the classes further north on a periodic basis for those of us a long ways away. (5 hour drive is the closest class I could find.)

Mr. Arteaga is a gifted instructor. He takes tough, dry material and makes it come alive through his life experiences and enthusiasm. I strongly recommend the course and Mr. Arteaga as the instructor. The rest of the staff were very nice and cordial.

Great course for introduction into Lead. They provided the learning materials and kept the room spaced out for safe distance learning. The quizzes throughout the course were helpful to retain knowledge. The exam at the end truly tested our knowledge. The course instructor was very knowledgeable about lead topics, regulations, and guidelines. I would take another course at this facility.

I was glad to be able to do the class during COVID! The instructor followed all safety precautions by training in small numbers and using masks and such. The instructor was vary personable and educated on the topic and related fields that coincide with remediation. I look forward to doing some of the other training class that this company offers!

The class was what I expected but I feel that the instructor did a good job of presenting material that is not to exciting but had the ability to keep us engaged. He had all of the students contributing and was able to ask questions in a way that made us feel like we needed to pay attention.

I went from pretty much not knowing anything to knowing more than enough to do Mold Inspections from beginning to end. Great class.

I believe students should be able to keep reference books used during course as part of the 700$ package. Also, would have liked to have had more hands-on experience with gas testers.
