Returning to the world of lead renovation safety after a five-year hiatus, I was both excited and nervous about refreshing... Returning to the world of lead renovation safety after a five-year hiatus, I was both excited and nervous about refreshing my knowledge. (These classes are usually boring and have a poor instructor) Thankfully, Cindy Lead Renovator Certification course not only met but exceeded my expectations. Cindy's deep expertise, coupled with her dynamic teaching style, made complex regulations and safety procedures both accessible and engaging. Her patience and dedication to ensuring every student understood the material were evident throughout the course. The hands-on demonstrations were particularly beneficial, providing practical insights that I could immediately apply to my work. Cindy's ability to inject enthusiasm into the subject matter transformed what could have been a mundane refresher course into an invigorating educational experience. I highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking to become certified or refresh their knowledge in lead renovation safety. Her professionalism and passion for teaching make her an invaluable resource in this critical field. I am now an EPA Certified and A lead renovator once again! See you in 2029 for the refresher. I would hope to see Cindy again!

I have been in front of many instructors over my 30 years in the safety industry. I have led classes and understand the challenges.... I have been in front of many instructors over my 30 years in the safety industry. I have led classes and understand the challenges. Cindy is one of the instructors that has the ability to maintain the class with interest and keep students engaged. What a great job promoting Zack Academy at the right times through the class. I would not hesatate to sit in another class held by Cindy, GREAT JOB!
