I loved this class and would recommend it to anyone who needs it to achieve their master's designation or wants to gain valuable knowledge to start or further educate their career. Doug was an engaging instructor who kept the class thinking. There wasn't a boring moment. His demonstrations were very thorough but apothegmatic.
