Great Class, insightful instructors, and a good time to learn. My only issue is that there were some points where teaching from the powerpoint got a little un-engaging. But other than that, I'm happy with the class and what I learned.

Jay did a wonderful job of delivering the information. And keep in the class interactive. Not once was, I not paying attention. All of the information was delivered so well that I passed my test on the first go thank you guys so much see you again then when it’s time to take it again

This class Was a necessity for the safety of the families we are privileged enough to work for. Having taken multiple lead and asbestos trainings, I can say this one was easily the most engaging training I've been a part of. Our instructor, Rob, was knowledgeable and did a great job with the presentation.

I needed to take the course FAST and Zack Academy not only had a recent enough date with openings, it was easy to sign up. At the course, all questions were answered clearly and the course material was explained in detail. I learned a lot and found the course information highly useful. Instructors handed out business cards so that we can ask further questions. I passed the test and got my certificate emailed to me the following day.

I found the instructor for this class both knowledgeable and entertaining. As a retired teacher, I can appreciate his approach to engaging the 'students' in the material. It was clear from the beginning that he has extensive experience in handling both the RRP as well as the Remediation of lead-contaminated buildings. His personal anecdotes and personal failings, before training, help to solidify the importance and the need to have more people understand the danger lead presents in our housing. All-in-all, I thuroughly enjoyed his presentation and I would Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs this course!

Luis greeted me at the from door with his hand extended to shake mine. Very friendly and kind. Down to earth. To be honest, one of the most informative instructors I've came across. Brian did an excellent job of presenting the material in a way that was easy to understand and follow. He was receptive to questions and took the time to explain concepts that were difficult to a diverse audience.
