I needed to take the course FAST and Zack Academy not only had a recent enough date with openings, it was easy to sign up.... I needed to take the course FAST and Zack Academy not only had a recent enough date with openings, it was easy to sign up. At the course, all questions were answered clearly and the course material was explained in detail. I learned a lot and found the course information highly useful. Instructors handed out business cards so that we can ask further questions. I passed the test and got my certificate emailed to me the following day.

I found the instructor for this class both knowledgeable and entertaining. As a retired teacher, I can appreciate his approach... I found the instructor for this class both knowledgeable and entertaining. As a retired teacher, I can appreciate his approach to engaging the 'students' in the material. It was clear from the beginning that he has extensive experience in handling both the RRP as well as the Remediation of lead-contaminated buildings. His personal anecdotes and personal failings, before training, help to solidify the importance and the need to have more people understand the danger lead presents in our housing. All-in-all, I thuroughly enjoyed his presentation and I would Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs this course!
