I found the class to be very informative. The instructor was lively and passionate about the subject matter. She was clear in what was being taught and provided clear answers to all questions asked. Doug & Michelle Snyder were outstanding hosts. The class room is comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, no glitches! The flood house was perfect. The food was the best I have ever had at a training class. Our teacher, Rachel Adams, was knowledgeable, very experienced and very real world. She was able to convey the connection between the material and our jobs, while expertly preparing us for the exam. I highly recommend her!
