Good. Seemed like the instructor was unaware that the class was an in person class and virtual class. If this was an administrative error, then no worries. If this is a future offering, I would suggest moving away from that model. It was difficult to stay engaged with the instruction. Our instruction was great, very knowledgeable, asked questions regarding the class' industries so he could relate the information in a way that was meaningful for us.

I mention to Melvin of his evaluation in class. In the past two or three years he was one of the best instructor's I've had for the 8 hours refresher. He just needs to fine tune his presentation. His power-points were right on. Searching through Google, if I had a negative word to say. That part should have been more prepared for the class. And his last video of donning PPE he could find a much better more professional video to present to a class. Other than those few suggestions. Melvin is still heads up above all the instructor's I've had from other companies in years and they have doing this for a while. Melvin has a great future ahead of him as a environmental regulatory course instructor. Don't lose this guy!!!! Regards; Israel

I took this course with this instructor and was blown away at the amount of knowledge and experience he has had in the field. He has a library of personal experiences to share and his ability to relate it to the material is second to none. The 16 hour scaffolding course was excellent. The instructor was not only very knowledgeable but has real world experience that we found very helpful. I would recommend this course and instructor to anyone without hesitation.

The Instructor (Bruce) was very knowledgeable in his field. He kept the class interested with the subject, since at times it could be very dry material. Hopefully the material that was covered, and the studying that he recommended will help me with the QSP exam.

Class was good however the teacher needs to give more breaks. We went in 4 intervals without a break.

It would have been a 5 star but to lecture for 4 hours straight is very bad, even for those classroom pro's that can sit all day. It is my experience that a person can only absorb 4050 mins. of instruction at a time. That's why they give breaks to students. The information was great.

He was very knowledgeable, but was extraordinarily uninteresting to listen to. The "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" questions were a nice touch, but that was only a small portion of the 16 hours we had to sit through.
