Rachel Adams has been involved in the water damage and environmental health industries for more than 24 years. She holds a dual bachelor degree in Environmental Health Sciences and Medical Technology (Toxicology) from Purdue University. She is certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and an active member of The American Industrial Hygiene Association. She also holds a Master Restorer designation from the IICRC through her training, dedication and field experience. Rachel served on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is currently serving as the Technical Advisory Committee Chair of the IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). Rachel founded Complete Restoration Institute (CRI) in Knightstown, Indiana to provide state of the art training facilities for the restoration industry as well as other organizations that have placed education as a priority in their businesses. Only the best instructors recognized internationally share their knowledge in the training courses offered at IEM/CRI.
