Inspection Training of Arizona provides classroom training for Home Inspectors and Licensed Contractors. In addition to EPA Lead Certification training (RRP), we offer initial training for those students that are looking to become a Home Inspector. Our State approved, 90 hour course, is conveniently offered weekdays and weekends (please visit our class calendar for specific course dates). Our class will prepare the student for the National Home Inspectors Exam as well as prepare the student to setup and run a successful home inspection business. ITA provides you with the highest quality "Hands On" education for a successful home inspection career. Our instructors are not simply teaching the courses...they live it!

I've taken a Lead Certification course before and the difference was night and day. The first course I took was dry, and physically painful to sit through. No comedy, no stories, nothing that would make the experience in any way memorable or enjoyable. This course wasted none of my time and was actually enjoyable at times. The instructor was very knowledgeable and actually seemed passionate about the subject. He cited historical impacts of lead that I had never heard of and were frankly fascinating (look up lead poisoning in ancient Rome). I'm not saying it was fun, there are obviously dry spots considering the subject, but it was definitely a pleasant surprise. HIGHLY COMPITENT INSTRUCTOR!
