John was a great instructor for this class, very knowledgeable on all information. Answered all the questions the class had.... John was a great instructor for this class, very knowledgeable on all information. Answered all the questions the class had. Took his time to give us all the examples of lead in the work place for business owners and employees of other companies. He has found a way to keep everyone involved and interested in learning how to keep people and yourself self when working in these environments. At the end of the day I would recommend this class to anyone that may find themselves exposed to lead based products, John will teach you everything.

I dreaded this class or course for 3 weeks. If I would have known John was going to be the instructor I would have look forward... I dreaded this class or course for 3 weeks. If I would have known John was going to be the instructor I would have look forward to it rather than dread it. He made it is easy learn, he made it fun, and he gave me the confidence to perform my lead responsibilities like a pro.

I personally wouldn’t do the class again but if I had to Id choose John every single time. I learned a lot and will definitely use it to my advantage in the future

i was not expecting this class for 8 hours to be as interesting as it was. He did a really good job getting everyone involved... i was not expecting this class for 8 hours to be as interesting as it was. He did a really good job getting everyone involved and was very informative. Our company does not deal with the lead paint we are an asphalt paving company but i did find out alot of good information about lead i was unaware of. The Flint Michigan situation for example i was so unaware of the situation. The harm to children also made me sad. I am SO GLAD that the people who do have to deal with this are being educated and informed and made responsible so that they will do the right thing and handle their jobs accordingly. Thank you John and i am so so glad i did good on the test i was very worried but since you instructed so well i guess that says it all about your skills :) continue to help the children with all this knowledge i appreciate you. I think Mr. Schafer is an outstanding instructor, very knowledgeable and in the materials he taught and kept the class engaged.... I think Mr. Schafer is an outstanding instructor, very knowledgeable and in the materials he taught and kept the class engaged. His teaching style was perfect for the vast differences in class demographics (age, experience, types of work, skill set,). I would take other courses taught by Mr. Schafer.
