When I took my two day course, I was very pleased on the final day. The instructor was not only informative, but he made the class fine and relatable by using real life experiences. He also took the time to address his bad names, and remember fun facts about certain people in the class me being the only female, he did not discriminate, and at the end of the course he admired my youth, and spoke of me very highly . Gary was terrific! He has alot of knowledge about several different fields of the restoration business. He stopped and asked questions where needed, he also answered every question they the class had. He spent plenty of time explaining it so we would truly know why and not just a simple answer and move on. Great instructor with a lot of knowledge about course material and experience from working in the industry. I really enjoyed this instructor, and the course was organized very well. I feel very comfortable taking the IICRC exam after the knowledge and explanations received from Brendan. I also learned alot about the Dri-Eaz brand and didn't even realize how much equipment my company owns from Dri-Eaz. Brendan did sold my on buying more Dri-Eaz products.
