First and foremost; i think Julia did a great job of instructing the class, she made sure i had a full size paper set of the course curriculum. So i could SEE the material since the computers were on the fritz and the course is designed to be on screen. and since i was the only participant that showed up, i appreciate that they held the class. She also worked closely with me to make sure i got the information. As with any government produced instructional this was needlessly verbose, it took 8 hours to say what could easily be said in 1 hour if the course was written by some one in the private sector. 95% of the material is just plain common sense. But HUD AND EPA had to create a whole new world of abbreviations and vernacular to make sure they used up the grossly expansive budget. and of course all the common people have to learn their new language and way of thinking. Thanks to Julia i got through the 8 hours of mind numbing foreign nether world of governance over reach. this is seriously like trying to learn a foreign language and way of communicating, using the same words you currently know but with a completely different way of thinking. I have marked this 4 stars because of the instructor. If i rated the Material .....well i think you got the gist. Greg Diehl George B.

Brandon is motivated and passionate instructor. It's obvious that he is knowledgeable but the thing that makes him standout, are his personal experiences. I truly appreciated how he used his personal experiences to drive the point home about health and safety in the workplace and at home as well. I truly enjoyed his class and was not bored at all.
