I've always had a love/hate relationship with learning new material. I always thrived with success in learning when my teachers... I've always had a love/hate relationship with learning new material. I always thrived with success in learning when my teachers were engaging, informative, and active. Chris exceeds those expectations and is incredible at what he does. I would recommend him to everybody and anybody ever taking the courses he teaches. HIs knowledge, understanding, and ability to help teach material is unmatched. It was way more than I thought it would have been. The instructor was first class and made sure to include everyone in the... It was way more than I thought it would have been. The instructor was first class and made sure to include everyone in the class. He had a great teaching ability that made it fun to learn. I was probably the only student in the class that was not working in the industry, I have no experience in the industry and I made a 94.05 on the final test. I have every bit of confidence not that I took his class to take the lead on a mitigation.

The course instructor was Chris and he was great, the course was great. The issue was I was on a course for imperial measurements,... The course instructor was Chris and he was great, the course was great. The issue was I was on a course for imperial measurements, cubic feet. Gallons etc and my test was in metric with cubic metres and litres. This was extremely frustrating. Considering I live in Canada and my ICRC profile shows this I am not sure how this happened. I was not the only one to experience this. My staff member was also subject to this situation. It causes some panic and anxiety in the exam situation but even though this happened to us both we still passed. Something you need to look into for sure to prevent it happening again. I am not sure why I was registered in the AU/NZ test but taught the course here in North America.

Chris was an amazing instructor! I definitely recommend taking his class as he is very interactive with his students and... Chris was an amazing instructor! I definitely recommend taking his class as he is very interactive with his students and personable and makes the class fun and enjoyable. I have a hard time retaining information by just looking at a PowerPoint and reading off of it but he breaks it down section by section, gives real life scenarios and explains each area thoroughly.

Great content and doesn’t teach specifically to the test. Keeps you engaged and makes it to where you are interacting with... Great content and doesn’t teach specifically to the test. Keeps you engaged and makes it to where you are interacting with everyone there. Felt so confident after the course I took my exam 10 min after and scored a 90.48. Definitely recommend Chris and the Zach Academy.

I truly enjoyed and appreciate Chris. He made what should of been a very boring 3 days, into a fun and very interesting experience.... I truly enjoyed and appreciate Chris. He made what should of been a very boring 3 days, into a fun and very interesting experience. I feel like I learned so much. I have a lot on my schedule for the rest of this week, or I would take the exam immediately. That's how ready I feel after taking this course with Chris. I thought the class was great. Very laid back, but informative / educational at the same time. The only things I would... I thought the class was great. Very laid back, but informative / educational at the same time. The only things I would change: I wish it was easier to follow along in the manual, but I realize that I was probably the only one who printed it out or tried reference it at all. Sometimes the class moved at the speed of the slowest person. Maybe keep the class moving along and stay on later for people who need a little more help with certain things. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you Chris!

Chris did a great job explaining everything thoroughly. My only take back is personally, I feel like I need more time to get the information in. Cramming it in like three days and then testing doesn’t work for me. I know I can study on my own. I would have preferred continuing the course for more days just to get more examples of stuff like dehumidification and evaporation, equilibrium, psychometric, charts, etc. But outside of that, everything went pretty well.

Chris from Mitigation Academy & Consulting LLC did an excellent job introducing us to the topic of water restoration.... Chris from Mitigation Academy & Consulting LLC did an excellent job introducing us to the topic of water restoration. His course was built to give his students the understanding of the topic in a systemic way. For an individual who has zero experience, I understood everything required to do my job also be dangerous to keep my team honest on the job. Most importantly, he catered to the class by creating new math related problems and going over them in detail to benefit the class. He made sure the course was balanced to include things important for the job and also the exam. Very engaging and energetic instructor.
