OVR began as a restoration company in 1986. In 2001, we started our rental company which expanded into equipment and chemical sales in 2006. OVR has hosted IICRC Certification Courses since 2001 and in 2013 added a fully functional, free-standing, 1100 sq. ft. flood house, one of only a handful in the nation! OVR Training Center offers a wide variety of IICRC classes taught by industry renowned instructors. My Instructor Kevin was great! He was easy to listen to and not boring. He gave relevant examples and made the material easy to understand. He moved at a decent pace without losing people. He is able to stay on task and does not switch subjects back and forth. He is a good listener and remembers things people in the class tell him to make the class relevant to each profession. He was prepared and operated his screens without difficulty or failure. Class started on time in the morning as well as after breaks or lunch.

Kevin was an absolutely amazing instructor. I had 9 years in the fire service and Kevin is probably the best instructor iv had. Extremely knowledgeable willing to help and he made the class interesting and engaging. The information provided clear and explained in multiple ways so that everyone in class could understand. The instructor was extremely informative and willing to answer and questions that we may have had. I enjoyed the training and I feel I learned a lot about the water restoration field. I would definitely recommend Bills WTR online training to anyone that would like to take this training.
