Available in classroom, as a homestudy and online - our courses cover every real estate and builder subject area required for your education in accordance with the State of Michigan guidelines. Our goal is to train individuals for careers as real estate salespeople, brokers and residential builders and to enhance the skills of current real estate and building professionals. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of instruction possible to prepare students for state licensing. I liked the format of internet training and hands on training. I took the quizzes with the material, it was demonstrated and reviewed during the hands-on training, which made the certifying exam easier than if I had done just one of the two training types. Hands on trainer also 5 star. Matthew C.
