James is a very knowledgeable man, and has a lot of love and respect for the profession. With that being said it was felt... James is a very knowledgeable man, and has a lot of love and respect for the profession. With that being said it was felt throughout his course. It had given me a much greater understanding of the contents portion of the restoration world. Wonderful instructor, I would highly recommend for anybody trying to increase their arsenal of wisdom . Great Instructor!

Have sent my technicians to multiple classes with different instructors. I have reviewed their materials and their experience. I have to say this experience has been nothing like theirs. The Instructor was extremely knowledgeable but also engaging. The material was relevant, on topic and captivating. A lot of tips and tricks along the way to help all of us as restorers get better at our jobs!

Patrick was very knowledgeable and you could tell based on his experiences. He was very well spoken and polite. I passed... Patrick was very knowledgeable and you could tell based on his experiences. He was very well spoken and polite. I passed the exams with 90%. However after taking the exams I could tell that it would have been much more difficult had I waited to take the exams. I highly encourage anyone taking live stream courses to promptly take the exams and they shouldn’t have any problems. That being said keep in mind the instructors don’t have access to the exams and aren’t able to really give you much feedback on the tests themselves or any specific areas worth studying. Given that I passed with information taught I have no complaints the only thing I would say is that if you’re looking for much class involvement there isn’t any. Mostly direct lecture but the stories and examples Pat uses to help go into the subject matter definitely helped me on the exam.

I felt some time was wasted the first day, then we had to rush through everything the second. Also what’s with the 10 minute... I felt some time was wasted the first day, then we had to rush through everything the second. Also what’s with the 10 minute breaks every hour? Your typical class would only have 1.5 hours of breaks a day. We have the freedom to get up, stretch and use the washroom without a break. Otherwise the class was good, the extra information and recommendations will go along way. Thank you.

I thought James was very entertaining and I enjoyed all of his real life stories when explaining different cleaning situations.... I thought James was very entertaining and I enjoyed all of his real life stories when explaining different cleaning situations. Which I found very relatable. He had no problem staying after class time or during breaks to answer questions. I wish I had even more questions to ask, he is very knowledgeable. I definitely learned many new things that I hope to slowly start to implement in our current process.
