Pat is a cool guy and very knowledgeable in the restoration business. I wish he could of gone over what we needed to learn instead of going off topic here and there. I had to re-read everything, make a Quizlet to memorize what I needed to know. But overall, It felt like college online class with just cool stories of large loss involved. Now after taking the test I felt I was unprepared and wish We could of actually gone over what this class is really about. James W.

Tony (our instructor ) was very well versed in the subject and he came in to class very prepared for materials he is presenting and for questions from students , he kept all of us engaged and took the time to make sure we all understand the subject, I, new comer to the field of construction and restoration, he made very easy for me to understand .
