Sean Armstrong has been a Licensed General Contractor in Westchester and NYC for 10 years and has been in construction since he was a child working with his father, a carpenter, whom Sean now employs as a foreman on larger projects. Sean is currently studying at NYU SCPS for Construction Management, and also attended the Turner Construction School of Construction Management. Sean was excellent, clear, conscience, and made sure the class didn’t leave without being fully invested in the Lead Renovator course. The 8.5 hours flew by even though I haven’t sat in a classroom in 9 years. I highly recommended taking the class with Sean if you want to have a fun and extremely informative Lead Renovator class.

An excellent Instructor. His approach to humanizing the topic of lead paint exposure and poisoning and rolling that into each technical and practical aspect of the actual preparation, work and training was KEY in driving home the importance of paying attention to each and every part of the lesson. He makes the lesson about more than just passing the test and getting the certification for every single participant.
