Our mission is to provide continuing education relating to the insurance restoration field. As owners of an IICRC certified restoration firm, we seek to educate our employees through continuing education and certification programs. We are passionate about engaging, hands-on education, and believe that by educating each other through our own experiences and knowledge, we raise the bar for all. None of the classes we teach are boring - really! Our goal is to engage, to teach and to listen.

I am a dispatcher that entered this class so I could learn more about the terminology and about the industry itself. I Had Mr. Weigand as my teacher and he was very informative and made the class fun! He has a great personality for teaching, and you can just tell how knowledgeable and passionate he is about this industry. I'm very happy with the information and knowledge I left with, and definitely a huge thanks to him for making the class so interesting and keeping it fun and informative!

The IICRC WRT course was great. I know way more about water and how it can really cause damage if left untreated. The instructor was great, too. He really knew his stuff and gave a lot of info and helpful tips from his experience in the business. Overall, it was a great course.

Easy to understand but you have to be awake to understand the terms of the carpet. He makes good jokes to make the class a fun learning environment and also, give examples of certain situations you may run into. Overall, the class was good.

Registration: Excellent. Presentation Material: Excellent. Instructor: Excellent Facility and Location: Excellent. What would I have wanted to see done differently? There was so much value and information packed into this two-day class. Being that people were there with different levels of experience, and we all learn, study and retain differently, I would have like to have had additional time to study before sitting for the final exam. Since the class is held on Wednesday and Thursday, perhaps the exam day could have been on Friday or Monday. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback!

The instructor was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The location was at a Rainbow franchise in BelAir, Md and the accommodations were as good as you could ask for. The owner and his wife could have not been nicer! My only complaint would be that I thought there would be more hands-on training, but considering how much material that needs to be covered for the test, don’t know if there would be time anyway.
