I've working with XA for 2 years and there is still so much to learn. I found the class helpful and even though it was online, it was interactive which I really appreciated. The instructor was so nice, knowledgeable, and patient. The flow of the class made sense and was on pace the whole time. I assume that Sean has done this class a lot because he appears to have perfected the flow. I would actually do 4 days and would definitely take another course with him particularly. I knew a lot but I also did learn a lot of things I didn't know. I walked away with things I can bring to my current job and make me a better estimate writer. Steve P.

Mostly very good. Sean knows the subject very well, stayed on topic and helped me understand the many ways to use Xactimate. He always started and stopped on time for breaks, etc. He was very good about helping me with questions that I had if I missed something, and would stay online with me and others if we needed additional help on a break. Its fast paces so I recommend that you don't check emails and text messages while taking the class. - Steve Leundra M.

Sean is an amazing instructor! He took his time to make sure everyone in the class was set up before beginning class, also always made sure throughout the day that everyone’s connection was good. Everything throughout the course was explained in an easy to understand way. If someone was having a bit of difficulty he made sure to pause and help. Over the course of 3 days nothing was ever rushed nor did we go over the scheduled time. I highly recommend taking Xactimate class with Sean. Very knowledgeable in everything that he was teaching. Being new to restoration construction, build back and mitigation due to loss, I had yet to ever log into Xactimate, and now I feel as thought I could complete a sketch with estimate items without issue. I felt the class over all was really good for someone brand new to Xactimate. Sean took the time to make sure all questions were answered. He also took the time to review people's technical issues and try to resolve them. I felt like Sean was very thorough in his presentation and was open to any suggestions from the participants.
My only suggestion would be to break up the Level 1 and 2 classes. For someone who was only interested in Level 2, the first half of the class was a little too repetitive. Noah S.

I had zero experience with Xactimate and this was my first experience. Sean Burgess was our instructor, he was very knowledgeable with a massive experience who was very patient with some students that were having some difficulties. I plan to take more classes with Sean for advanced classes.
