The instructor was very informative and knowledgeable with lots of personal experience in dealing with Lead. The training was very interactive, fun and full of information. Only thought that it would be beneficial to stick to the agenda that was originally presented or printed out because there were at times the class was getting distracted and off topic and essentially lead to a bit of a rush towards the end. The instructor provided the course with lots and lots of material that it is unnecessary to purchase anything from Zack Academy. Especially when their advertised materials were not being delivered until after the class was completed. Should have had information on what was provided but glad the instructor emailed with that information prior to class.

Teacher was good. Had a lot of knowledge and experience. Passed out an agenda and did not follow it, so I don't know what the point was of passing out the agenda. The students in the class were rude to the teacher. I felt bad for him. He handled it well. I think he was a good teacher.

I thought it was a good course and the instructor was knowledgeable and kept the class engaged. Some feedback would be to save on costs. I believe the notebook and handouts can be emailed, or downloaded, which will save on printing costs. The instructor allowed NO laptops OR Notepads, but rather writing notes on paper. Modern times are all saved on laptops, I-pads, etc. these days.

Incredibly knowledgeable, Owen was able to cover a gamut of information in just a few hours. Most importantly I learned to always be aware of the quantities of lead paint in the old homes I may be asked to demo, as that is my main business, grading, demo, walls and custom pools in the San Diego area. The fines are a bit too much for me to pay, so I would rather "pay" attention than pay a fine ! So that one instruction will always be in my mind, as will much of the rules and regulations to conduct my business.

The part I liked the most about the class is how fast time went, while still going over every important topic. Owen Sutton is down to earth and has a really unique style of teaching and engaging with his students which made it a fun experience.
