This California Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Materials Update and Refresher Training course is the perfect way to meet both your California Title 22 hazardous waste and DOT 49 CFR 172.704 (c)(2) hazardous material recurrent training requirements. During this one-day class you will learn the important concepts and procedures required for compliance with hazardous waste (DTSC/EPA/RCRA) and hazardous materials transport (DOT/HMTA) regulations. You'll also learn how to avoid the most common violations cited by EPA and DOT, as well as how to comply with new requirements that have been enacted over the past year.
