Personnel who are expected to stop, contain, and clean up on-site releases are required to have 24 hours of initial training.

You will have the opportunity to apply your training during a hands-on simulated incident response. 

The manual, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Handbook, is designed to serve as your primary reference during the 24-hour HAZWOPER training course. Attendees also receive a copy of the Emergency Response Guidebook.
