Why Should You Take This Transportation of Dangerous Goods - Compliance with IATA Regulations Webinar course?
This course will provide you with an in-depth look and practical experience in the domestic and international regulations governing the transportation of dangerous goods (hazardous materials) by air. You will learn how to determine which materials are classified as dangerous goods, how to select and prepare packages, how to mark and label packages, as well as how to prepare consumer commodities, excepted quantities, and limited quantities for transport by air. You will also learn how to prepare the IATA Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods and air waybill. This course gives you the tools you need to comply with the international regulations within the guidelines of the DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations and how to avoid rejected shipments. This course fulfills both your initial and recurrent training requirements.
Course Handbook: A copy of the 57th IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and a downloadable copy of Environmental Resource Center's Transportation of Dangerous Goods handbook are included with your course materials.
Please Note: IATA requires initial training and recurrent training every two years. This course meets both initial and recurrent training requirements.
