This two-hour Real Estate training course is designed for real estate professionals and provides a general overview. The course material will equip students with the knowledge they need to adequately warn potential homebuyers about the presence of mold, radon, asbestos, or lead. Identification of related risks, as well as how to work and live securely near them, are covered in the course.
The course's Asbestos and Lead Awareness portion goes over the fundamentals of asbestos and lead, as well as standards for exposure and health protection and other pertinent topics. The course's Radon portion will cover its harmful risks. The course's Mold portion is designed so students understand the fundamentals of mold and how it affects people, buildings, and the environment.
