  • Power Point Session and Quizzes: Managers will complete a series of ten quizzes based on the 10-Chapter PowerPoint Presentation
  • Version A and Version B of Food Safety Showdown: Participants will be divided into teams to compete in the game in which they earn points by answering Food Safety Related questions
  • 6th Edition Manager Course Book and Study Questions Chapters 1-10; Answer study questions in turn
  • Diagnostic Test: 80 Question Test: Through a guided discussion, attendees will review each question with the instructor.
  • Practice Test: 40 Question Test: Through a guided discussion, attendees will review each question with the instructor.
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Examination is administered. All attendees are expected to leave any notes, or handouts and practice tests face down underneath their seats before beginning the exam. Attendees will be expected to complete the required information on their answer sheet before being given an examination booklet. Attendees have up to 2 Hours to complete the examination, but may leave whenever they are finished.
