Very thorough course. Easy to follow along with the material through both lecture and textbook. Instructor presented the material in an engaging way and made sure to check that we had learned important points as we progressed. Particularly appreciated the applied practice in small groups. Because this is around EPA regulations, course is aimed at contractors, and less useful for homeowners, but all in all very good information to have.

Micah was a fantastic instructor. He made lead RRP palatable, which is a big ask. Especially amongst the tough crowd that is construction workers. He maintained an upbeat attitude, was extremely knowledgeable, and gave some interesting facts/pointers/really drove home why obtaining the cert and doing a thorough job is so important. I wish more CCE classes had instructors like Micah.

I needed a fast refresher course and there weren't any classes in my area. I searched on line and chose Zack Academy. I had a few reservations going in but those uncertainties went away quickly once I started the course. It was quick and easy. I would recommend this refresher to anyone in my same situation.
