Patrick was very knowledgeable and you could tell based on his experiences. He was very well spoken and polite. I passed the exams with 90%. However after taking the exams I could tell that it would have been much more difficult had I waited to take the exams. I highly encourage anyone taking live stream courses to promptly take the exams and they shouldn’t have any problems. That being said keep in mind the instructors don’t have access to the exams and aren’t able to really give you much feedback on the tests themselves or any specific areas worth studying. Given that I passed with information taught I have no complaints the only thing I would say is that if you’re looking for much class involvement there isn’t any. Mostly direct lecture but the stories and examples Pat uses to help go into the subject matter definitely helped me on the exam. Oscar R.

I felt some time was wasted the first day, then we had to rush through everything the second. Also what’s with the 10 minute breaks every hour? Your typical class would only have 1.5 hours of breaks a day. We have the freedom to get up, stretch and use the washroom without a break. Otherwise the class was good, the extra information and recommendations will go along way. Thank you. Malek M.

I thought James was very entertaining and I enjoyed all of his real life stories when explaining different cleaning situations. Which I found very relatable. He had no problem staying after class time or during breaks to answer questions. I wish I had even more questions to ask, he is very knowledgeable. Even though it's a major download in such a short time frame, Mr. Dooley was very relative in giving his course. I want to be honest. When I was taking the course with James, I was frustrated with the stories and not really having the time to sit and take the class, I kept wishing I could just have the facts and move on. Then I took the exam. Remembering his stories of his experiences gave me the knowledge to answer the exam questions. It was amazing, and I learned a valuable lesson on how to teach in a way that sticks with people. It was an added bonus. James knows what he is talking about and not from a technically educated way, but from a hands on, made that mistake, made sure I knew how to avoid that mistake, and researched how to make the processes better sort of way. I now know what I didn't know to determine how upholstery fabric cleaning processes can be implemented into our content restoration business and the level of skill an upholstery fabric cleaning technician would need to be successful.
