This IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course will cover all possible aspects of carpet cleaning from designer yarns to customer service. We offer courses powered by an instructor with fifty years field cleaning experience. That is one of the very most experienced in all industry history. Emphasis is on producing quality, craftsman workmanship that leads to long-term customer satisfaction.
Our textbooks are up-to-date fully color illustrated in a step-by-step format in each Module.

Our IICRC Approved School started in 1997. I have been in the cleaning Industry since 1974. Our purpose and drive for the school has always been to serve the needs of the students over our financial gain, not sell them items. You must genuinely care about them as people who only seek to better themselves. It is important to us as a school that we continually produce the best, updated materials like textbooks that we can. That is one reason our textbooks are nearly all color illustrated. We will never waver in our efforts providing what is in the best interests of the student. We do not charge a student to repeat a course they have already taken with us. Technical advise is provided at no charge or all students before class and after course as well.
