Why Should You Take This Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course?
This IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course will cover carpet cleaning "inside & out" and enable you to be confident on every job no matter what the customer asks you or what the cleaning challenges are. Emphasis will be placed on the process and principles of carpet cleaning, how to remove stubborn stains, how to prevent stains from returning, and the chemistry of carpet stains.
Topics Include:
- The Process and Principles of Carpet Cleaning
- Fibers and Identification
- The Chemistry of Carpet Stains
- Carpet Construction
- Cleaning Methods
- Stain Resistant Capabilities
- Use of Chemicals in Spotting
- Carpet Installation Methods
- After Cleaning Treatments

Continuing Education: The IICRC continuing education program seeks to encourage registrants to actively participate in their industry through conventions, workshops and specialized training with continuing education and by sharing knowledge with others in the industry.
CLEANING/RESTORATION TECHNICIANS: IICRC-certified cleaning and restoration technicians face many changes in their field and require 14.0 CE credit hours every four years.
Please Note: Failure to meet continuing education credit requirements will result in suspension of that particular status until the requirement is met and all current course requirements are met.

Regarding the IICRC class and the Instructor I would say everything was GREAT.
Jasper Craig was a great instructor, and he did his best to keep our attention on the class. He actually went beyond, since he explained some techniques on how to connect effectively with customers. I think he is a very worthy instructor! Five stars for him and his content. However, the place and the lady taking care of the logistics deserve -from my point of view- one star.
The food for the first day of class was not good and, most likely, the attitude of this lady.
I have been to other classes in other places, and I can say that I did not like that one. Frankly speaking, I think I would not be there again.
Everything was messy when I came on Monday morning, The workbooks were not ready, and the food was not the best.
