Prior to the class, the student will receive emails with additional information from the training provider, including a link to fill out the exam registration. Students must submit this form to the IICRC prior to the start of the course. When paying your exam fees, you will be asked to upload a photo ID for face recognition during the exam. The exam fee and the exam will be sent from the IICRC directly to the email provided. Please check the spam/junk folder of the email provided.

In addition, the student will receive the PDF course book and zoom meeting information in a separate email. A microphone and a camera are required for both the course and proctored exam.

This IICRC Contents Processing Technician (CPT) course is designed to provide an education for technicians in the practice of contents recovery and processing from loss events such as fire, water, mold, and trauma scenes. Specifically, students will learn important inventory, documenting, storage, and pack-back methods for cleaning.

I enjoyed the Contents Processing Technician training course instructed by Rudy! Between his presentation, written material, and hands on activities, I learned many things that I was not aware of before. Rudy was extremely informative and very personable.
