This Large Loss Mastery ELITE - Estimating, Scoping, Contracting, Project Management course teaches students how to perform full restoration jobs on large scale disaster areas. Specifically, students will learn how to assess complex restoration sites, estimate repair costs, prepare documentation, and more. By the end of this course, students will have the knowledge and expertise to complete fire, flood, and other natural disaster losses.
This course provides a unique hands-on element where large loss projects are simulated and students are able to demonstrate the protocols learned in class. This course consists of both instructor-led lecture and hands-on demonstration.
